In a tradition established by the late Boss, Mr. George Steinbrenner, the New York Yankees Scout Team was established for the development of future Major Leaguers. We expect our players to handle themselves in a professional and respectful manner. While at the same time, learning what it takes to make themselves the best person and player they can be. The only thing you can control as a player is attitude and effort. Only one team can say that they have 27 World Championships. We are proud to be a part of such a winning organization. Our Yankees Scout Team will be a direct reflection of Yankees tradition. Over the past 20 years the Yankees Scout Team has developed many great D-1 and MLB players. We will continue to teach the winning philosophy, along with sportsmanship in the game of Baseball.
